We have based our Managed Services contracts on ITIL best practice. ITIL (the Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is the most widely accepted approach to ICT service management in the world.
Developed in conjunction with public and private sector organizations, ITIL provides with a comprehensive, consistent, and coherent set of processes of IT management supported by National and International standards including BS 15000.
